Discussion Group on Alexander's Writings
Starting in January, one meeting per month; 6:15-7:30pm at the Oregon Center for the Alexander Technique
We will read Alexander's writings from The Alexander Technique: Essential Writings of F.M. Alexander. This class is for students taking lessons at OCAT or from Lauri Elizabeth.
